Welcome! My name is Jamie Mammenga (she/her). I specialize in counseling individuals and couples who are facing challenges related to family building, infertility, grief and loss, and difficult life transitions. Each individual’s journey is unique, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for you to express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore your unique challenges, uncover your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you navigate life’s ups and downs.

Through active listening, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach, I aim to provide you with the tools and insights necessary to facilitate positive change in your life.
In addition to general counseling services, I also provide screening and psychoeducation sessions for those that are considering family building through the use of donated gametes (i.e. sperm, egg, or embryo from a donor) and/or a gestational carrier (i.e. a surrogate).
